Refund Policy for CanvasToolkit

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through CanvasToolkit (the "Service"), a product developed and operated by Viper Industries ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at canvastoolkit.com. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
All Sales Are Final
All payments are final and non-refundable. Because the Service provides immediate access to digital tools upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription fees, renewal charges, or other payments, whether the Service is used in whole, in part, or not at all. This includes partial or unused portions of a billing period.
Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period and will continue to renew until you cancel it. Each renewal is charged to your payment method at the start of the new billing period and is non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. Renewal charges that have already been processed are not refundable, including where a renewal occurs because a subscription was not cancelled in time.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or through the billing portal made available to you. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. After that date, the subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made. Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current or any prior period.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your purchase is also subject to that provider's buyer terms, which may provide certain protections that apply independently of this policy.
Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any refund or cancellation right that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such a right applies, we will honor it to the extent required by law. This policy applies except to the extent it conflicts with those non-waivable rights.
Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new policy on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
